General conditions of Contract:
The rights and obligations of the individual contractor Krisztina Hollósiné Sós (7632 Pécs, Fazekas Mihály utca 6. 4/13., Tax number: 53034658-1-22) and the customers with the services presented on the website of the Cellar of Mysteries are as follows:
Definitions:
1. The "ÁSZF" (GTC in English) that is General Terms and Conditions, for which the Service Provider has the right to modify them, but the modifications must be published immediately on the Cellar of Mysteries page.
2. Service provider, operator: Hollósiné Sós Krisztina i.c.
3. User: the user of the service provided on the Service Provider's website.
4. Parties: Service Provider / Operator and User together.
5. Game: The game published on the website, website: rejtelyekpinceje.hu
6. Booking: The user can book a place for a specific room / game via the website, by phone or in person. Registration is not required for booking.
7. Venue of the game: 7621 Pécs, Rákóczi út. 65.
8. Game duration: 60 minutes
9. Number of participants in the game: 2-6 people (may vary by rooms)
10. Team building, VIP play: Corporate events, birthdays, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, etc.
11. Payment: On site before the start of the game in cash, gift voucher.
12. Discounts: sweepstakes, promotions
13. Voucher: a gift voucher
Reservation:
1. Reservations can only be made on the website for free times. The Booking can be started by phone, in which case the Service Provider recommends a free time.
2. The Service Provider will notify the User of the successful booking in a letter sent to the e-mail address given by the User. The letter contains: the name of the room, the date, the location, the number of people.
3. 4 hours before the game You can only book by phone, calling the following number: +36 20 503 89 04.
The game fee: 11000 HUF / room. In case of corporate events, bachelorette parties, etc. the price is by individual agreement.
Cancellation of a reservation
The User has the opportunity to cancel and modify the game no later than 2 hours before the start of the game at the following telephone number:

If cancelled within 2 hours, the Service Provider will send an invoice of the game fee for the User.
Withdrawal, Force Majeure
The Service Provider has the right to cancel all or part of the booking in respect of the bookings already confirmed. Partial performance can only take place with the User's consent.
If the Service Provider is unable to provide the booked time due to technical or other reasons, it is entitled to cancel the reservation, however, in this case - at the User's choice - it will provide a new date.
In case of force majeure, the Service Provider does not pay compensation, however, in all cases the Service Provider tries to provide the User with a new date.
If the User's gameplay is interrupted due to a violation of the GTC or the Statement of Liability accepted and signed, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to refund the money or make another appointment.
Conditions of participation
1. Everyone participates in the game at their own risk, which is confirmed by signing the Disclaimer before the game. A declaration may be made on behalf of a person under the age of 14 by a legal representative or by an adult present and assigned by the legal representative.
2. A person under the age of 14 may only participate in the game with an adult escort.
3. No person under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances may participate in the game.
4. Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the game.
5. If there is a delay of 20 minutes compared to the booked time, it is no longer possible to start the game.
6. The duration of the game is fixed, there is no possibility to extend the game time.
7. Image-sound recording is performed during the game.
8. In the event of intentional damage, the Service Provider shall indemnify the User for the damage.

Vouchers
It is possible to buy a gift voucher, which is sold at a price of 11,000 HUF / piece.
The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
The voucher can be purchased on site for cash or purchased by online bank transfer.
Team builders, VIP games
These can only be booked by phone, in person or by email.
Complaint handling
The User may submit his / her complaint related to the service at the contact details (by phone, e-mail, post) specified in these GTC. The Service Provider examines the complaint, if possible, remedies it immediately, otherwise it takes a report on the complaint and sends a copy to the User. The Service Provider shall provide a substantiated written response to the complaint within 30 days. The Service Provider is obliged to keep a copy of the report on the complaint and a copy of the substantiated reasoned reply for 5 years. If a legal dispute between the Service Provider and the User is not resolved during the Service Provider's complaint handling, the User may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department of the Pécs District Office in case of violation of his consumer rights.
Copyrights
The website is a copyrighted work and is protected by copyright or trademark. No part of this site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Behavior that violates the above has civil and criminal consequences. The Service Provider will take action against any violations of which it becomes aware.
Language used
The GTC was prepared in Hungarian and English. If the two versions of the text differ from each other, the Hungarian version of the GTC shall prevail.
Acceptance of the GTC
By finalizing the reservation, the User accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider.
Governing Law, Enforcement
These GTC are governed by the law of the Service Provider's registered office.
